I am looking forward to joining you guys. A Newbe to this G.I.diet...It sounds like it might work for me. I'm a former health care worker, so u won't believe what I was thinking that a G.I. diet was! LOL
I looked down at my stomach & said, "yep, it will work for me!" ;)
