Was able to hit my macros nearly perfectly but had to do some trade offs late in the game. So hard to keep carbs low. I tailored my eating to hit an estimated 1100 calorie deficit exactly, although I won't know my final daily calorie burn until midnight.

If It Fits Your Macros numbers (macro numbers in grams, rounded):
Daily targets: 70 fat, 68 carbs, 200 protein, 40 fiber, <1500 sodium, 1702 cals
Today ate: 56 fat, 106 carbs, 195 protein, 40 fiber, 1883 sodium, 1664 cals (3725 used, 2061 deficit)
Running avg: 70 fat, 146 carbs, 189 protein, 1969 cals (3106 used, 1137 deficit)

Good Luck! It is too tough for me to keep the carbs down this time of year. Just trying to pick out the best foods under the circumstances. All bets are off for Christmas day. :) The plan is 80% good food, 20% fun food. I do not plan to count cals on Christmas day or Christmas eve.

Thank you Draglist! I will enjoy it. I might change my mind about logging. Other times I wasn't going to log, but then I went back and did it anyway :) Get curious on how bad I had really indulged. Sometimes it isn't as bad as I thought. My carbs are usually the veggies, pie fillings and fruits, not so much the rolls, cookies or cakes. I can turn them down. I might have fudge if there is some, but I am not cooking it :)
