I am not very active and I have 100 lbs. to loose, therefore, I'm shooting for the 1600 calorie diet recommended by my doctor. Diabetes, COPD and a recent heart stent say if I'm going to live I'd better get serious about loosing this weight. I've got 2 grandchildren to watch grow-up!
