To be honest I didn't weigh myself in yesterday, used an old weight from about 3 or so days prior to that weight. I'm somewhat impressed at todays results though. I ended up recording over 21000 steps on my pedometer, and that's just getting to and doing work! I need to recall everything I consumed at work, I know for a fact it WAS in moderation and that's for sure.

That's very impressive 21,000 steps. Fantastic. Sometimes it is good to take a break from weigh-ins everyday as I am finding out. I have heard that once or twice a week at the same time of day might be a good idea as our body weight changes everyday and frequent way ins can be discouraging as I am finding out. I have done everything right for the past 2 weeks and today went up 3.1 lbs for no apparent reason. I might start weighing in only a few days a week to see how I feel about it as my weight really seems to fluctuate even when I am doing a negative net calorie intake.

I just wanted to let you know that it turns out my scale was off and I am actually down, but the stress of weighing in everyday is frustrating so I am going to start reducing my weighs to a few days a week, but keeping up with a daily food diary.
