Today marks a new day! It's 05:51 and I'm headed off to work. I squeezed myself a little exercise in yesterday to keep my body moving and what not and actually managed to eat something. Had myself a salad around 19:45 last night however I don't know the exact amount that was in it, however It was a bit light I can guaranteed that.
I also found an unused pedometer in the house yesterday and decided to attach it to myself; So I'll be recording the amount of steps I do on a daily work day. I have exactly 5,269 on it currently and that's from yesterday's venture. I'm restarting it and starting off with a new.
I'll be bringing a notebook to work today so I can write down everything I eat and keep track of it to put here. That way I know I won't be cheating myself then.
