I am a 19 year old who currently works for an Elementary School. Since I work early morning to Afternoon, I start my morning off with 2.3 mile walk to work. After which I'm standing and doing doing other tasks for approximately 8 total hours. After which, depending on the personnel left in the building, I may get a ride home or walk home on my own which is another 2.3 miles back to my house. After which I do not really do much since I'm usually exhausted after work.
I'm trying to get down to a nice BMI so I am able to join the military and the best recommendation I was given was to cut down on my waistline. I'm looking for exercises that will burn the abdominal fat rather than all over.
I am also wanting to lose the weight because of health concerns that will be difficult to replace in the future so it's easier to start now than have to deal with serious medical problems later.
