Joined Bodybuilding.com and have been using the resources on there to help me with my workout plans. Focusing more on weightlifting. Finally able to do unassisted pull ups and dips. Focusing on my transformation.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ChrisComedy, my goals in BodyBuilding.com are to get my weight down to 130 and decrease my body fat percentage to 20-22. I am currently at about 30, but not sure since I don't have a very accurate way to measure currently. I have the "Mother's apron" as they call it from not taking care of myself and having two children. It used to hang over more and has decreased by about an inch or two. I don't remember the exact inches. But that is my area of greatest concern. I think I will most likely have lose skin, but not completely sure.
