Well yesterday did me in....gained a lb., but knew I would after eating every carb. in sight and not much exercise! Have to stay positive, making sure I'm getting enough protein, good fat, balanced diet, and exercise. Some days I just don't have the energy (like yesterday) But that is just one day and now I'm ready to get back in there and do it! I'm committed!
