Why gained?????
148.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If you weigh daily, then you should understand that our bodies are made up of 60% water and many things make the scale go up and down daily. If you eat too much sodium one day, the scale can be up the next. Sore muscles from exercise, medications, sickness, hormones, etc and many more can effect the scale. It's normal and most likely temporary. Google "why the scale lies" for some insight. You should also know that when you train your body to exist on so little calories, then eat a little more the next day, you may see a gain. It doesn't mean it's fat. If your diet calendar is correct, your also slowing your metabolism. Just keep going and it should work itself out.

You're starving yourself at 500 calories a day. Your body isn't going to let go of anything at that level. Maybe you should try eating.
