Tough weekend - resisting the temptation to snack/graze. Even went to a birthday party - and NO did not eat anything! Yeah!!!!!!!!!! Making sure I get the water in!! So far the challenge is working......

Very good. I graze off and on during the day as well, but it is on cherry tomatoes, radishes, cucumbers, celery. I have been pretty good at buying the good stuff until Walmart runs out of decent stock that is. It is just so darn expensive other places. Everyone else seems to go shopping when I do and they run low on veggies. If I may suggest, if you can switch to some veggies instead of the chewy bars and crackers, it may help just to subsitute here and there to lower calories or sodium. Great on drinking water!
