Feeling good about my weight loss so far. I could do more as I am not yet consistent with exercising, but several days of round the clock work efforts has been the blocker.
Now I am just preparing to get through Thanksgiving successfully. I'm not going to deny myself. Rather make smarter conscience choices on how much I eat.
