Well ... I did gain a pound, but I am thrilled it is only one pound. I baked and cooked for Thanksgiving all the good stuff. Cheesecake, ham, mac & cheese, collard greens, egg nog, etc, etc. I ate what I wanted in moderation. No heaping plates. No eating just because.

Overall, I'm OK with this minor setback.
281.8 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 91.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
