Yay ... 2 more pounds down. On my way to under 280 soon. I'm very happy with my progress (mostly) following the 17-Day Diet cycle 1.

282.2 lb Lost so far: 3.8 lb.    Still to go: 92.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
