Good morning to all my FS friends. I'm really glad that this site is called fatsecret, as opposed to something that could be shortened to FN, because that would just make things really funny all day long. Could you imagine everyone saying good morning to all my FN friends. I think it would make me laugh. Don't know why I thought about that, but I did the other day and I still find it funny. But, FS is better, because I like you all.
So, it's Friday. Three long days behind me. Lots of work, lots of moving, and lots of soreness from all the work and moving. But it's a good thing. I am not as sore as I could have been, I think I'm more sore from doing my exercises in the morning than all the walking I do all day long.
This should be a great weekend. I get to bowl tonight. I always look forward to that. I have a day off tomorrow. YIPEE!!!! Cleaning the house and prepping for Christmas. Sunday I get to pick up a total gym from my father in law and try it out. If I'm gonna work out in the mornings, I want to be able to try some different things.
So I ask this, does anyone have a total gym? If you do, do you like it? What would you recommend as far as exercises with it? I am not sure if he has the descriptions on how to do the exercises, so I may have to buy that. I found a site that has some custom workouts, so I may try to do that along with what I am already doing. Gonna be a fun weekend, I hope everyone enjoys theirs. TTYL
