has just hit a deflation mark. everyday i step on the scale it seems to be going up. Not fitting in the workouts that i want because my ankle has been bothering me. Here's to hoping by friday it starts going back down

I have been on a 3+ year plateau. My body loves the 220's. My brain doesn't! I had the gym membership for a while too - and let it go for the same reasons (and I wasn't going). Saturday will be a great day! :)

I seem to keep hovering in the 150's. A lot of it is belly fat too, which makes me look like i'm pregnant but i'm not. Its just frustrating.
