I'm 29 years old, been married since October,2007 and currently work 2 jobs. I started my journey at about 165 back in February,2010 got down to 143 by October and then gained about 10 of it back due to working two jobs and some illness/injuries. Fast forward to March,2011 and i'm starting over and hoping to get back down and keep it off this time!

Eating Binges while sleeping?
A friend of mine told me she was doing something like this too. She spoke to her doctor about it. She also started putting a combination lock on her fridge and cabinets with food in them to try to prevent or slow it down. She did say it works as long as she remembers to lock it before bed. Good luck
