Weighed in - 243.4.
Only hit snooze one time this morning.
-Skimble - 9 minutes empowering morning stretch (good to loosen up)
-Elliptical - Weight Loss program, easy - 29 minutes (arm resistance got stuck on 14...it was a workout)
-Elliptical - 5 minute cooldown
-Watching more of "Still Mine" - movie.
-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink with workout w/ 16.9 fl oz water.
-Drank another 16.9 fl oz of plain water after breakfast.
-Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled. Topped with 1 slice of canadian bacon and a homegrown tomato. Serving of Dandy Blend with Sugar Free Vanilla Caramel powder creamer.
-banana - for potassium
-1 Advocare snack bar - Double chocolate - because I was still hungry!
**Husband has arrived safely in Baltimore.
**We talked about the direction we want to utilize P90x - and he'd rather do more of the weight training, wait until released by surgeon then do the transition workout. I'm in agreement of that - would hate for him to reinjure his knee.
Snack: Cup of herbal tea
Lunch: Shake (though frankly I would prefer soup...maybe for supper) & cooked apple.
Snack: Cup or two of herbal tea (anticipate at least 3) + Advocare RAW bar
Supper: Soup and 1/2 grilled cheese sandwich
Will be getting my water into too. Hard to drink cold water when it's cold outside. BRRR. But will get done.

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Wore a smoking hot pair of compression capri workout pants to run this morning. Before the run, I decided it would be great to stretch since last night I was sore in my arms from Chest and Back. Annoying moment: when the front waistband flips underneath your belly fat and you have to nearly wrestle a bear to get that sucker back up. Oh the things I look forward to....
Elliptical this morning -- I had to change to estimated time left versus time put in. Whatever works, right?

I do drink hot water all the time. Well since it has gotten cold. I do actually prefer it to coffee now. :)
