Woohoo!!!! I love to see downward arrows, it gives me a boost to keep up the work that I have been doing....I am sticking fairly well to my routine, gone out of my zone a couple of times but nothing to drastic...when I see results like this it makes me want to behave even more..lol.... I am walking just about every day so that I am sure is a big help, it's funny how your body adjusts to the exercise, if you miss doing it, it's like part of your day is missing... it becomes a must to do in your every day chores ....Have a great day everyone, and remember you are important, be kind to yourself, spend time on yourself. ....You deserve it...
