Weighed in - 247.6.
Off to a good start.
-P90x - chest and back. Worked with the bands (Advocare version).
-12 reps for everything
-Doing regular standard pushups when supposed to do decline pushups -- no knees! Totally not low, but I did 24 of them by the end of the workout. By the last set it was more like I held a plank versus a pushup.
-Had a v16 (Advocare) caffeine-free energy drink with workout w/ 16.9 fl oz water.
-Drank another 16.9 fl oz of plain water during workout.
-Breakfast - 2 large eggs, scrambled. Topped with sirachi chili sauce with the words "P90x" and a check mark -- made one for my husband who worked out too. He said his mouth was on fire. Secretly made me giggle.
-2 clementines - for potassium
-1 apple - because we bought so many in NC.
**Tomorrow and Wednesday he travels for work -- so we're committed to 30 minutes on either elliptical/treadmill/walking with pedometer.
We picked back up where we left off for P90x. Though honestly, I'm not sure if we're just going to start backwards by working our way back up through the things we didn't do for like 3/4 weeks and then go to the transition one. Not sure he's up for yogax yet (not fully released by surgeon yet regarding his knee).
Snack: 1/2 Advocare Raw Bar and the apple I didn't eat at breakfast.
Also working on my 2nd 16fl oz mug of herbal tea. And 1 serving of coconut water.

REFLECTIONS OF AN OBESE CHICK: Yesterday I had to purchase larger underwear and 2x tops. A gal has a hard time feeling sexy when she doesn't even like to see herself in the mirror! It's like when I do, I don't believe it's actually me. When I think how far I'd come just 2 short years ago and lost alot of weight and felt like $1,000,000 bucks, only to let it all go....spiraled out of control with the passing of my father and my holding all my grief inside...eating to hold it back. Currently I am in a very cynical place and I don't like it. I'm angry about all the news media about parents abusing and killing their children -- my husband and I are not able to have children and are currently waiting on our child(ren) to come through our local state DSS (which in itself is not in a good place). I do not feel the love and support through our church leaders. I feel like everyone is watching our teaching technique with the youth. I don't feel like the church leaders truly value us as youth leaders (thus our retirement 12/31/2014). Our house is a disaster area...which could miraculously get cleaned up in the matter of a few hours if company was coming over. Once I arrive home, I have no desire to even deal with...I'd rather just dive into my ipad and play some games, browse on FB, Instagram,....anywhere other than actually do physical labor and clean up. It's not too bad. And I will clean it up this week. It's just I've put it off so much that my husband has purchased plastic forks. We have clean real forks, but who wants to mess up more when they sit in the sink for 4 days? Martha Stewart, I am not. Just feel like I'm out in limbo and I don't like it. So yes, I am going to be doing something about it. Through exercise and getting up earlier to workout is a huge start. My house is definitely cleaner when I do exercise. I look forward to being able to lean over to tie my shoes and be able to breathe while doing that. Simple stuff. Also, I look forward to being able to cross my legs and not see my leg jutting out to the side versus down. I look forward to feeling sexy and loving myself again. It's within sight...I just have to keep pushing forward and making the right choices for me and my family.

Good job on the exercise! Great that you didn't go over your 2000 calorie limit!
