Today should go down in history. For the first time in my life I could fit into a size "S" (UK size 8, US size 4, EU size 36). Nothing feels like a bigger accomplishment! :)

wow, that must feel really nice. How are you planning to celebrate the event? With a big shopping session or a dance party?

I have not shopped for a while. My last shopping spree, my dress size was between a 14 and 16 (UK size). As the weight came off, I got the dresses amended to fit me. Just last week, I decided to purchase a few dresses online, and chose a size 8 (hoping I would eventually fit into them, or at least to serve as a motivation). They arrived today, and amazingly, I could fit into them. Super excited! Unfortunately its winter, and there's nowhere I could go here with those dresses. Waiting for Christmas when I can go back home (I'm from Malaysia) and flaunt my new body, in my new clothes :)

Good feeling , did you apply more of the advice from people last week about the belly tonning ?

Not the weights bit, but started a bit of cardio. But I still think its the food that works best.

The belly is still there... but I can work my clothes around it, I guess :)

you are right food is the major factor , cardio is only gonna make you stronger , i would definltly advise push ups , pull ups and different types of ab trainning since fat is only going to go away .
