So, I started on Fatsecret on 1st of June 2013 - at 70kgs. Note I'm only 5ft tall, So I was huge. Fatsecret has helped me lose 20kgs (that's 44lbs) in about a year, and this amazing site has taught me everything I needed to know about weight loss and nutrition.

I recently (or rather over the last year) had put on about 10kgs. I was maintaining 50 to 53kgs until Fall last year, and went up to 60kgs (the horror) as of April 2016.

May 1st - I got back on track with Fatsecret, and started logging in my food again. I also started getting excited about preparing my own food (no more take-outs), and I have lost 5kgs over the last few weeks . Thank you fatsecret! And to everyone on this site - YOU"VE GOT THIS!

What keeps me excited about making food - (the low carb, high protein, high fat variety) is having started my own facebook page and posting pics of my packed food for the day. And everytime I look at it, I am proud of myself, and that keeps me going.
