Struggling with water but feel pretty good about this week so far. excercising and trying not to eat after 7 seems to help me alot. Hopefully it will show on the scale also. Especially since my kids are sayin "lets go eat mexican" right now. Give me strength! I love mexican!

I know the feeling, I LOVE mexican food too, the hardest part for me is the chips, those darn chips. I prefer the Carnitas or the fish for an entree when I go, so they're not my problem. It's the chips. Hang in there, I have a similar test coming.

I did good! Grilled chicken salad with green pepper onion tomato and cheese. Not even one chip lol. Although I think the chicken was marinated with something that I shouldnt be eating by the way it tasted. My self-control held out:) And pakalika...good luck on your test.
