The last two days have been good. Good exercise and good food. My stress level has been lower also. Sleep is a mighty good thing. :) I hope the baby sleeps through the night tonight (finger crossed).

hope your baby allows you some rest too - been there twice - it's tough but gets better. good to hear you are getting good exercise and good food, along with some good sleep - the three main ingredients to losing weight!
