67.9 kilos from almost 71. I'm following this low carbohydrate plan and it appears to be working. It is restrictive but in three days I haven't felt in the least bit hungry or hollow. Ended relationship with my Feeder. Not his fault - "I was a very thin kid and I loved plump ladies". "I don't enjoy cooking for someone who pushes the food around the plate!". "Food is one of the joys in my life and I love to share it". "I don't like skinny birds".
What to do. I don't disagree with anything he says. Indeed I understand where it comes from. At the same time I have the right to enjoy the body I am in and when there are rolls of fat around my midriff that he loves to stroke and I hate him stroking, something had to change.
