Blew it at breakfast! Went into Starbucks and their Toffee Nut Latte is back - I absolutely love that drink, and just couldn't resist. So here I am, 246 calories with 31g of carb in my system - from just a coffee!

Meh! Unless you overate caloriewise, I doubt one coffee will have too much affect on the scale. It might go up from carbs in the short term, but that would just be water weight (if you are doing low carb). If having an occasional treat helps you stay on plan durin gthe holidaysk, then enjoy once and while.
