It's exciting to actually look forward to a weigh in. I'm so proud of myself this week and all the dedication I've had to my exercise routine. My goal is to get myself into the habit of coming home and putting on the work out clothes and actually working out. I made it 6 out of 7 days this week. I expect to see at least a 2 pound loss this week. I made some poor food choices this week, but I worked extra hard on the bike and treadmill to compensate. Next week is my chance to make better food choices and continue to exercise. I did a lot of work around the house this weekend and it felt great to not be exhausted and sore this morning. I'm even considering a trip to Vegas in October which is someplace I've never considered going because I've always been embarrased to go somewhere so hot and have to wear clothes that didn't cover my entire body. : ) Progress baby!
