Today is a day before my next weigh in and I'm not feeling nervous at all. I know I lost at least 1 pound, but I'm hoping for 2. I didn't workout as much as I wanted to last week, but I did workout 3 times which is progress for me. The great things is that I look forward to exercising, it's just finding the time in the evenings, because let's face it....never going to be a morning person or one that can wake up and exercise. LOL

The journey continues...
