I realized today that I'm doing way too many weight loss initiatives. I have this site, Jillian Michael's site, The Biggest Loser challange at work and I'm using Wii Fit and tracking on all of these is driving me nuts and every scale is different. I use my Wii fit weight for this site consistently, so the progress tracked here is based on the same scale at the same time each time I weigh. The challange scale at work typically reflects a higher weight but tracks the same loss each week as my Wii scale. It could be that when I weighn in at work I'm wearing work clothes and shoes and at home I've got on work out gear without shoes when I weigh in. At any rate, I'm losing weight and that's what is important, I just find myself obsessing about tracking it all over the place and then getting frustrated at all the conflicting scale data. Silly right. I'm very tired today and haven't been sleeping well since our puppy had his surgery. I need to get back into that sleep routine so I can feel like normal again. I've exercised 6 out of the last 7 days, so I'm taking today off. I need to just go home and chill and try to sleep. Tomorrow I will hopefully feel like myself and not so cranky.
