MUST MUST MUST stay on track this month. I really pushing myself to lose as much as I can this month. I'm working out a lot, eating healthy, and keeping with smaller meals. My hope is that the smaller the meals that my body is used to, the less I will be able to eat during the holidays. Any healthy and inexpensive late dinner tips?? My problem is that I usually dont get to sit down for dinner until 8-8:30 and then I'm off to bed at 10. This hasnt being fairing well for weight loss.

I eat rice/ corn/ whole grain cakes for dinner with some protein, it's light, healthy and cheap.
