doing much better today.drinking my water, no porkrinds lol. how do we get more fiber in our diet?. can we take fiber pills? i can hardly go to the bathroom anymore.

Yes, fiber and lots of water.

I eat lots of fats in the form of oils (olive oil in cooking, take Omega 3s) and lots of veggies (12-15 of my carbs). I never seem to have a problem. (YET! Ssshhhhh...dont jinx me!)

MIMs are really good for this. Have you seen the recipes? I also take benefiber sometimes, but it has carbs in it.

ok my doctor wants me to take lactulose. it's a laxitive that is full of sugar. should i not take it and take something else??
