LadyBea40's Journal, 29 October 2014

Here we are again, nearing the end of the month. I'm feeling pretty good about staying focused and putting in my daily work. I'm also very happy that my treadmill seems to be past all the problems I was having with it and I can count on it to help me with my daily grind, feeling really blessed about that as the rainy season is definitely here.

I'm still waiting to hear about my housing situation. This is something that seems to be a never ending deal. I've been on a low income housing list now for 5 1/2 years. I did receive a letter stating that my name was near the top of the list, that was back at the end of June and I'm still waiting. It's a good thing that I have a lot of patience.

Tomorrow I have an appointment with my doctor/surgeon. I'm not worried a bit as I've worked so hard to get this weight off, I know that it is a forever deal. I will have to work at this the rest of my days and I am okay with that. I am hoping he can suggest something that I can take for pain as I am no longer able to take Advil or any anti-inflammatory medication and my joints have been talking to me like crazy.

I'm still looking for all the positives in my day rather than on negative stuff just so I don't lose any ground. I may not be beauty queen material but I am not hating the new look I've gained. My current goal is to make it to Onederland by April. I think it is achievable so that is where I am going.

Have a super great day my friends, take care. Bea
