I have been a bad buddy...I have not journaled in over a week. Ugh, I've been so busy at work and so stressed and just didn't have much positive to write. Then to top it off, I have caught a heinous cold from my husband and I just have zero energy to do much.

So, here I am. I haven't lost any, haven't gained any. But, I have zero appetite and am still trying to bike in the AM so I'm thinking a loss is in my future. I'm literally making myself eat and, of course, the only things that sound good are soup and hot chocolate. I've been keeping up on all of you though, commenting here and there sporadically.

Had a Halloween party over the weekend and a bday party, nice to see everyone despite wanting to sleep the whole time lol. I went as a German girl, I have a leiderhossen shirt so I just threw on a skirt and braided my hair. Hubby sure liked it, pervert hehe.

Not really much else to write, hope you are all doing well, happy hump day :)
