On The Diet Front
I didn't start off too good with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for breakfast but it was fast and easy and about the only thing in the house. I didn't have the money to any grocery shopping pay day and I am trying to make the little bit that I have last until next Friday. I have no idea what is in store for lunch. I think I still the chicken from the other night that I didn't eat in the fridge I may have that for lunch or a flatbread melt. We will see. Dinner is still an option right now. I don't know if we will have anything for dinner tonight or another snacking night.

Burn Baby Burn
No exercise to speak of today, just running after we get done with the garage sale. Not doing too good this weekend either. We are just in a town too small I think. We are taking the dog to ranch store later for Dog Days, and then we will be off to a play day at the arena, and then muck out the stalls tonight.

This Ride We Call Life
I am not doing too great, and I am afraid my weight loss will decrease because of it. We are having marital problems and it is something I have been battling for 4 1/2 years, I just had enough. I am going to check on a refund before renewing my gym membership in June. If I am not going to be here I don't want to spend the money on it. I have given an ultimatum and I will cont. to do what I do with trying my hardest to make things work, and getting my heart broke through the summer, but if I have no where to go I will have to move back to my mom's. I did go to the park with the kids and dog last night and played frisbee with John and the dog, it was nice. We then walked to the quick stop and I ate a snickers on the way home. Well I hope everyone has a wonderful day, I will cont. to stress on how to get through this ride we call life.

Hang in there girl. Do your best to keep your eating in control cos if everyhing does go pear shaped added weight won't make it better and if you do manage to lose a bit it will give you such a boost. ((hugs))
