So the great news is that I felt amazing on my wedding day, being the slimmest in my life :)
The bad news is that I really pigged out on honeymoon (lots of yummy food and cocktails) and having got back to the UK it is dark, cold and wet, perfect for comfort eating. But I am back to fatsecret and continuing on my quest! :)
Another great thing about winter is that you can have lots of yummy soup to warm you up, so I just need to start focusing on the positives :)
