I can't believe how I've gotten used to this new diet. Watched a TedTalks on a guy that asked the question of: why is eating vegetarian binary? Can we not be vegetarian part time? So he suggested that if we all only eat meat half the time, it would be like half of us are vegetarians...good point, so I've adopted that theory and now have gone four days without having any meat. Vegetables, breads, nuts and protein bars...I've been averaging 1500 calories per day and I'm not hungry? Wonder how long that will last? I don't plan on having meat until I am home from camp...eat some meat with my kids on Friday and Saturday evening. So two days out of fourteen, more than he suggested but I don't seem to be missing the meat. Three cups of coffee, two protein bars, veggies, one apple, some yogurt and nuts along with about 3 liters of water is all I've been eating...I feel pretty good. And the best part...NO COOKIES!!!!
Life is good!
Later.
