Great job with the extra steps! I just got a fitbit and I'm finding out just how little I usually walk. I'll have to "step it up"!

Great job increasing your steps!! A fitbit or similar is on my tax return / bonus list. I have a little clip on pedometer, after playing with the adjustments it seems pretty accurate. I've counted steps and made sure they matched within a step or two what it is recording. It's interesting seeing how much you walk on some days.

Keep at it...Trying to get a knee working again is painful. Been there, not after a knee replacement but a leg injury. They said I would never walk on both legs, 28 years later I'm still walking. My 87 yo neighbor walks everyday after her hip replacement no matter how much it hurts, have to admire her for that.
