Dear Honeycrisp Apples, I love you :)
So, I was very excited about re-starting my normal workout regimen, I MAY have gone a bit overboard because it pretty much hurts everytime I breathe, or sneeze, or cough, or go potty. I MAY have also gained 3 lbs, which I know is water/acid tied up in my muscles. Geez, they're sore. I'm drinking water like a champ today, gotta flush it out! I've kept up with the biking so far today and last night but I am not overworking myself with the other exercises. As long as I'm eating well, I should ok with dialing it down a few notches.
In other news, hubby finally settled on a 4-wheeler last night, we pick it up tonight. I used to ride so I know he got an AMAZING deal, came with a winch, snowplow, 6 extra tires, plus all new brake pads and it's in really good shape for 9 years old. Kinda hard to pass up that deal....plus now I have one to ride when we go camping...hehe, see how I did that? "Yes, honey, go ahead and buy one" (hehe...sneaky). Dentist tomorrow....blah....I hate teeth. I know I need em, but seriously.....lol
Well, it's officially hump day! The weekend will be here before you know it! Happy Wednesday buddies!
