So I only did one workout yesterday and one today. I am still behind on schedule but if I give up another rest day, it will fix itself. Only one problem...I think I over extended during my workout today on the left side. My shoulder is killing me when I move it. -_-

Ah well. I won't let this get me down and will still work out but not push as hard. I also need to look for my tape measure so I can update my measurements. I was happy though that while I didn't lose...I didn't gain. I know I am losing inches at least though because my jeans and panties slip constantly throughout the day so I need to tighten my belt more. This is honestly the first time I have bought size 18 jeans and they are loose on me.

Maybe I will be able to get those pictures taken as well. :)

*Oil Pulling: I still love doing my oil pulling and my gums look so much more healthier than before I pulled. So, still going strong here and same with my mom. Kaitlin had a 2 week break and went up to stay with her aunt in the mountains so she didn't pull for 2 weeks...so her teeth are suffering from it. ><

*P90X3: MMX was a pleasant surprise. It's a martial arts routine but it was really hard to do. I think it was mainly because I haven't done it before so I didn't know what to expect...and to top it off, I over extended on the left side during one of the punching sequences. I am glad that a martial arts routine was included because I honestly miss my Kenpo X. :)
