WELL......up 2 from my weigh in on Friday! :( Going to the yard for some busy work!!!

Diet Calendar Entry for 12 October 2014:

Enjoy the outside work. Stick with your plan, lots f veggies usually help.

Don't get down up the amount of water you are drinking and being outside will lift your mood and get you motivated to do more. Everyday is a challenge and you need to ready to make the next step everyday to keep moving forward.
