On the main page there is a tab that usually says featured. If you click on it you can choose my buddies and it will show you just your buddies.

Didn't know you could do that. Will have to go in at work and set mine up. This tablet won't let me change it.

On my laptop, I check my notifications under messages to get my buddies entries. I do get notifications by e-mail too. Click the settings and click to receive notifications.

Really miss my laptop. Maybe a new one with tax return this Feb. The tablet does not do many drop down menus.

Unfortunately, it defaults to featured so you have to choose my buddies every time.

FYI... To update: Go to "MY SETTINGS"... "UPDATE PREFERENCS"...."SHARE MY WEIGHT,JOURNAL, CALENDAR: selection"
