Truth be known my start weight was 380 I had gain backed to. I just couldnt figure out how to edit it in the app. and I have been doing this right a 4 weeks and down 16 lbs in 4 weeks. Been averaging 4 lbs a week. Long ways to go but true honest start.
364.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 99.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
