This week has not been good, have had a migraine all week so not much exercise in. The 1/2 Marathon is a week from today and I am starting to get nervous. Not sure I am ready for this. Have to start eating better too.

Oh sorry, week long migraines are awful. Used to get them. Try eliminating all processed meats, deli, hot dogs, sausage etc. They can be a trigger. Also msg and sugar subs are frequent triggers.
