Ok, I have totally lost my motivation, how do I get it back. Am feel depressed, and defeated. I need help. Anyone???????

Getting and losing weight is time consuming and needs patience and loyalty. Don't eat bits and pieces.

I have felt the same way. For me, it seems to come in waves. Make a list. Remind yourself of all the reasons why you wanted to get healthy in the first place. Write down everything, even the smallest, most seemingly insignificant reasons. I have to hold a conversation with myself sometimes, like "Remember all the times you looked in the mirror and felt so sad because your stomach rolls looked so big under the shirt you were wearing. Remember how hard you worked to eat right, exercise, and lose the weight you have so far. Don't let all that hard work go to waste." Wishing you the best. Hang in there. Just get through this wave, and it will get better.

Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day...every morning, every hour, every minute is an opportunity to reset and start making good decisions for yourself and your body.

Do you have a Fitbit? They are motivating and your friends and family can connect, have teams and compete against each other. $100 is worth it!! Or sign up for a 5k,grab a friend...having an event will motivate you to stop looking at the scale and work towards an accomplishment. That's what I am doing. Good luck!
