I usually only record my weight on Wednesday's, but I lost a lb. since then and I want to celebrate that lb. loss bc it's my birthday today, and that's a great way to start my day!! cya
264.0 lb Lost so far: 39.0 lb.    Still to go: 65.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
