I haven't felt very good for a week now. That's probably why the weight drop. I haven't been eating much of anything. I hope I can keep those pounds off when I start to eat more.
262.0 lb Lost so far: 41.0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
