Top chart is for men

Rock on! I'm normally in the high 40s to the mid 50s. Lucky.

Wow my RHR is not on the chart even for an athlete. My RHR is between 39-45. I have to do some exercises if it is starting to go between 40-41 so I can have it to the high 60’s-70’s. Thanks for sharing this image.

Hi PinayRN- Your numbers seem low, might want to have an annual ~ unless you’re a bionic woman as I expected all along 😅

Hi Draglist - Those are great range to maintain. My numbers are in the low 60s👍

Wow! Good for you guys! My RHR is 60 which is excellent for my age, but 40 is really really good. Are you both really tall? I had to Google it to be sure: "Taller people have a lower resting heart rate compared to shorter people. A lower heart rate is generally associated with a longer functioning heart. In addition, larger diameter arteries are less likely to develop plaque build up on the Western diet." I'm just under 5.3, so I always look things like that up to correct for heights. Or I was just jealous.:p Forgive me.))))

Hi @EyesofBD, Thank You ! and it is ok to be jealous with good clean intention ~ LoL Personally I haven't researched height factor affecting RHR. Others are welcome to chime in to share your findings/readings. Here is the original site I pulled this from: https://agelessinvesting.com/what-is-a-good-resting-heart-rate/

Good numbers everyone. I'm just shy of 6 feet tall. My resting bpm is heavily influenced by how much I'm eating. With the holidays, I went up to the high 50s and even above 60. I was 49 on 12/20. I expect it to keep dropping now that I'm back on my WOE.

I am also not a 6 footer. @EyesofBD ~ Keep up your good numbers !✔👍

My smart watch tracks my average heart rate for today as 60. I’m 44 so I guess that’s good

that can't be right. I've got a 53 bpm resting heart rate. I'm definitely not an athlete. hehe.

@Aljon~ It could be a few things - possible that either you live stress-free 😁or the measurement needs to be done a few times to get a stable range. Has it always been this low?

Hi Cindy, Keep up that good number ! 👍🏽 and one of these days, try venture into everglades to see if the number will change? 😅

Mattride lol I am near the Everglades. Beautiful but too many gators and invasive Burmese pythons for me! We will see how my heart rate is affected when I get up to 10k. My heart rate used to be quite high.

@Mattride I wish I was stress free! I do workout and monitor my heart through the myzone app so the number is right. I am just excited about the number!! Thanks so much for the post and the great info.

those numbers seem really high. my rhr is 49-50 and I'm not an "athlete" 😬😆

Hi Asarver, You’re almost there as an athlete especially after completing several half marathon soon 👍🏽 Good work 🎉🏃🏽‍♂️

Too kind!! 😆 but thanks! How's your foot been feeling?
14 Jan 22 by member: Asarver
Thanks Asarver ! Metatarsalgia (pain in the ball of foot/bottom 2nd toe) is almost gone. I'm surprised at the quick recovery ~ I did some massages with Ancient oil % it helped heal a lot... but I'm not fit to run 10 miles yet..Am working on it 👍✔🌈🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️ Happy Friyay !!

That's good to hear! I'm glad it's not interfering with your biking too much (or I'm assuming it's not from your recent posts lol) happy friyay! 😊
