This is cool, when I did my weigh-in this morning I checked my chest, waist and hip measurements. I did not take the others. I just sat down and took the rest of my measurements and I am down to

Man, I wish I had thought to take all those measurements when I started! That will feel SOOO cool as you track them downwards, especially when you hit times the scale is stuck, but you watch those inches slipping off. Way to go!

Thanks guys, I feel pretty good right now, trying to get my Mom to come on-board with me. She is 69 and has metabolic syndrome and right now takes about 15 prescription meds and 70 units of injectable insulin twice a day. I think this diet would be great for her, but she is freaking out at the amount of fat in the diet. She is clinging to the low-fat train with both hands :(

And all of it was lost in great places. I hate it when my bust and hips are the only places I lose inches!

LOL! I know how that goes, a friend of mine always lost a couple of cup sizes when she was losing weight and she would quit because of it. I was a D cup when I weighed 150 lbs and I have always had hip and bust measurements that were nearly equal. No matter how large or small I am I still have a lovely coke bottle shape. I will never be fashion model or bikini beach thin, don't want to be. I just want to feel good. A person who feels good glows with health and that alone defines beauty :)
