Day 1 of my new eating plan!
It's a lot of food, but apparently the right amounts and it should keep me from snacking ! Excited to follow the plan since i know I will not starve, and I am confident that I can do it !!

goodluck :) im also following my plan strickly from today onwards :) had a serious wake up call yesterday morning when i popped myself on the scale even though the weight could actually be muscle mass i wouldnt know because ive never done any measurements before, so il take measurements today and wake up and we can both follow our plans k....good lol glad u agree, will be here in the shadows to gun u if u dont do wat u supposed to :P

That's good ! Stick it out a week or 2 into it we'll feel the difference!
I am not allowed to weigh myself for these 2 weeks... which is going to be hard but also a good thing!
It's expensive though - even though the foods I have are basic and nothing fancy except the shake and yoghurt, there's only certain things allowed and to keep from not getting bored, I need the variety of all those things! SO it costs a pretty penny!

:D end of this year im thinking atleast be down to a size 30/32 waist and atleast some biceps/triceps and calf muscles showing :D

It's good to have a size in mind rather than a weight and I think a 30 is a bit small for a male - but that's just my opinion! If you keep up the correct eating those muscles will just keep on coming!

lol yeah 30 is small thats why i put 20/32 lol cause atm i can squeeze into a 32 again but want it to be comfortable :)
