Been a big girl my whole life... at one point I was at a whopping 92 kilograms when I moved back home (break-up did that to me :/).. luckily i got sick and lost 5kg's, and from there, the determination struck. but now I'm stuck, and nothing wants to budge. I'm now a gymer, which i've never been in my entire life, but it's become a routine already, which is great.
Any and all advice always welcome to help fight the good fight.

Lol pontjie, ek't dit ook by die huis want dus mos low GI and high protein. Hulle se jy kan ook gebruik as n post-workout thingy. Dus seker hoekom die carbs so hoog is.. hulle se mos jy't carbs nodig, en dus goeie carbs.

die een wat jy met water / melk drink (die pronutrorig een) .. hy smaak CRAP lol. ek kan n paar happe vat en dan is ek sommer naer. toe koop ek die CRUNCH een wat baie lekker in yoghurt is, so i eat that lol. Maar die goed is n' NO-GMO product, wat n' major 'additive' is wat geassociate met kanker etc.

Probeer hom maar as n smoothie, ek't nogie so ver gekom om dit te doen nie haha. Sterkte!
