Still no loss, but I forget that you lose so quickly in the start of a diet and then it slows down. I just would so like to be close to 200 for my doctor's apppointment on Friday. It would be a triumph. I will weigh more there because I weigh myself naked and of course I have all my clothes on in the office scale! I so hate being weighed at the doctor. I went for a long, long time being afraid of the scale and not weighing myself. I had to psych myself up and embrace it. It's always better to know. If you don't know, you don't know what you need to be doing. I am so used to being shamed and criticized for stepping on the scale, so I always hear those harsh voices in my head when I step on.
